Małgorzata Werwińska
Founder, chief accountant and candidate for tax advisorShe gained extensive experience working in tax advisory firms and international corporations.
She graduated from the University of Szczecin with a degree in Finance and Accounting, specializing in Tax Advisory, and completed postgraduate studies in Taxes and Tax Advisory at the WSB Merito University in Poznań.
In 2025, she successfully passed the Tax Advisor exam and is currently undergoing her professional internship.
Danuta Werwińska
Founder, HR and payroll specialistShe gained experience in both the private and public sectors, working as a human resources specialist, payroll specialist, and project manager. She handles payroll calculations, personnel file management, and social security (ZUS) settlements. At MW Accounting & Tax, she oversees office administration.
Karolina Kamieniecka
Junior AccountantShe graduated in Finance and Accounting from the University of Szczecin and holds a second-degree diploma from the Association of Accountants in Poland - accounting specialist.
